Tracy Neyhart, our managing partner, offers legal representation and counsel in most practice areas of our firm, including criminal and traffic, domestic relations, litigation, wills and trusts, and landlord tenant matters.

John J. Robertson previously served as the Director of Student Legal Services at Virginia Tech for many years. He provides representation and counsel in matters involving criminal and traffic defense, divorce and custody, personal injury, business and consumer litigation, landlord tenant matters, and wills and trusts. He received his law degree at the College of William & Mary.

Brad McConnell offers representation in criminal defense (including DUI and traffic matters), civil litigation, corporate/small business startup, real estate and property issues, simple estate planning, and landlord-tenant disputes. He is a native of the New River Valley and a graduate of James Madison University and the University of Richmond Law School.
